Kathmandu – YouTube is planning to remove its 10-year-old Trending page and the Trending Now feature. Instead, the platform will introduce category-specific charts.
These charts will include trending music videos, top weekly podcast shows, and trending movie trailers. YouTube also announced that more categories will be added in the future.
In addition, YouTube will provide analytical tools to help users identify what content is popular among viewers.
